Zouk Body & Head Movement

Who is this course for? - Dancers with solid foundations who want to deepen their technique, learn head movements or add more corporality to their dance. Please note that this class is not just for those interested in head movements, it’s also for anyone looking to work on their body movements. What will you learn? In this class, you’ll learn all the foundational body and head movements, taking you from zero to hero! Each session will be split into 45 minutes of solo technique followed by 45 minutes of partner work. When and where? This course takes place on 16 Wednesdays at 18:00-19:30 from March 4th 2026 in Studio A. Note: This course requires a foundational understanding of Brazilian Zouk stepping patterns and concepts. If you are brand new to Zouk, we recommend Intro to Zouk.
