8 workshops to solidify your foundations! This course takes you through the core building blocks of Brazilian Zouk. Starting from connection and the basic step, you'll gradually build a movement vocabulary that lets you navigate the dance floor with confidence — leads and follows alike. The classes build on each other and work well as a full course, but can also be taken individually as drop-in classes. No prior experience needed. Class overview: July 7th — Connection, frame, basic step and simple turn July 14th — Traveling and connecting with viradinha and basic step variations July 21st — Elástico, lateral and simple turn keeping the primary direction July 18th — Magic track & infinity structures August 4th — Soltinho, linear and circular August 11th — Yo-yo, connecting yo-yo to soltinho and magic track August 18th — Left bonus August 25th — Right bonus and right turns
